These terms govern your use of Bridle, operated by ARK SOL LLC (“Bridle,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
Bridle lets software vendors request governed, versioned actions through a customer-owned Gateway and receive verified outcomes and receipts. Commercial access, pilot scope, term, usage, and fees are defined in the applicable order or agreement.
You may only create, accept, install, activate, or use a connection when you are authorized to act for the relevant vendor or customer. Keep account, authority-link, installation, signing, and webhook credentials secure. You are responsible for the requests your product submits and the authority decisions you make.
Do not use Bridle to access, disrupt, or attack systems you do not control, to break the law, or to attempt to defeat the safety and enforcement mechanisms of the service itself.
Bridle is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. While the product is built around independent enforcement and tamper-evident records, we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups and safeguards for critical systems.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ARK SOL LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You may stop using Bridle and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these terms or puts the service or other users at risk.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which ARK SOL LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
