Privacy Policy

Last updated 23 August 2026

Bridle is operated by ARK SOL LLC (“Bridle,” “we,” “us”). This policy explains what we collect, why, and what we never do with it. Bridle's entire purpose is to hold authority accountable, so we limit collection to data needed to operate the service.

What we collect

Account and workspace information: email addresses, roles, vendor workspace settings, customer connection records, and the authentication data needed to enforce access.

Gateway and connection data: installation identity, compatibility, health, supported profiles, and disclosure-minimized evidence returned by a customer-owned Gateway.

Activity and receipts: the record of governed requests, authority and policy decisions, delivery state, verification outcome, billing entitlement events, support events, and final receipts.

Things you send us: content you submit through chat, a pilot request, or a support message.

What we never do

We do not sell your data. We do not serve ads. We do not use your data, customer evidence, or activity to train AI models.

How we use what we collect

To authenticate authorized users, operate vendor/customer connections, validate governed requests, deliver notifications and receipts, manage entitlements, secure the service, and respond when you contact us.

Where it lives

Public pages are hosted on Vercel. Authentication and PostgreSQL records use Supabase. The hosted control plane runs on Fly.io. Resend delivers transactional email and Stripe records payments and entitlement events. Opaque authority tokens are stored as hashes, and customer infrastructure credentials remain in the customer environment.

Retention and deletion

Connection, audit, billing, and receipt records are retained according to the applicable workspace or contract policy. Revocation removes future access but does not rewrite retained evidence. Contact us to request account deletion or an export, subject to legal and contractual retention requirements.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product changes. Material changes will be reflected here with a new date above.
